On December 2th, the School of International Education held a series of activities to celebrate the Laos National Day. Wearing their national costumes, 286 Lao students sang the national anthem, gave wonderful performances including the Laos folk dance, hip-pop, Chinese songs, etc. Following that were some funny games and a friendly football match.

On behalf of the college, Mr. Deng Zhenhua, Vice Dean of the School of International Education extended the sincerest greetings to them, expecting them to study hard and make contributions after graduation to the construction of Laos and the promotion of friendship between China and Laos. In recent years, our college has responded positively to the state’s Belt and Road Initiative and expanded the scale of international student enrollment. At present, there are over 320 international students from 12 countries, which is a great enhancement for our college to fulfill its mission of international exchange and cooperation.
