Secretary Yang Chunguang and his party visit universities in Britain

 

 

 

A delegation lead by Secretary Yang Chunguang paid a five-day visit to two universities in Britain including Glasgow Caledonian University and Aston University.

 

 Alan McNeilly, Associate Dean of International in School for Business and Society, Dr Trevor Oliver, vice-chancellor of Aston University, Professor Alison Hodge, Associate Dean in School of Engineering and

Applied Science, and Bill Glew, the Program Director in School of Engineering and Applied Science warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced international cooperation in education in detail at the symposium. Secretary Yang discussed with leaders of two universities respectively on teachers training, program training and the models of "2+2", "3+1" and "3+2".

 

 

 

After the talks, Secretary Yang presented both universities Miao embroidery with pigeon flower as gifts symbolizing peace and friendship.
