Experts from Holland visit Tongren Polytechnic and deliver lectures

On the afternoon of July 8, Dutch experts who were present at the forum delivered an entirely new interactive lecture in the school auditorium.

The lecture was presided over by Prof. Yang Zhengshui, vice-president of our college. All the teachers of our college attended the lecture and participated in interactive activities.

It was an open lecture, Ms. Wang Bingyan, overseas expert of Qingdao Technical College, and overseas researcher at Teaching Science Department of Social Sciences College in University of Leiden briefed the contrast and comparison of vocational education between China and Holland, and the educational concept of Holland and Europe.

Later, Prof. Henk Frencken, educational counselor at Teaching and Research Institute in University of Leiden directed the listeners to raise questions about the key issues in current vocational education, and exchanged the concept of vocational education in the two countries by questions and answers.

The teachers of our college put forward questions actively according to the teaching practice, and the Dutch experts answered one by one in detail. The atmosphere was quite lively.

Through the exchange, the educators of two countries benefited a lot. The confrontation and collision of their viewpoints deepened the study of international vocational education.
